Leigh is a dynamic IT Systems Trainer with a passion for technology who empowers companies to enable, uplift and train their employees by strategising, planning, developing and delivering world class IT learning programs. Working well under pressure and delivering to tight timeframes, Leigh is a lead trainer who has managed large projects involving both technical and organisational changes impacting complex workforces with diverse training needs. Leigh has an excellent working knowledge of change and project management methodologies, especially ADKAR/PROSCI and PRINCE2, and has managed projects through the full life cycle aligning with and implementing via the ADDIE training methodology.

With a formal technical education and a thirst for knowledge, Leigh has excelled in hands-on IT roles in Australia and the UK including roles at NAB, EMC, TWE, DSE and The National Archives UK specialising in technology systems such as EDRMS, CMS & CRM. Leigh has delivered training rollouts for multi-thousand seat deployments, and implemented training and support strategies following ITIL standards. Leigh has a solid background in change management and a thorough understanding of the technical and organisational impacts on the employees, as well as tools and methodologies to mitigate against such impacts.

Leigh has successfully developed and delivered customised SCORM compliant online eLearning courses utilising Articulate, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia Studio. Leigh also delivers engaging classroom courses and materials including workbooks, quick reference guides and participant guides with a unique ability to distil complex technical jargon and concepts down to easily digestible content for less technical audiences. Leigh is experienced in facilitating workshops, as well as configuration, maintenance and support of training environments and classrooms. Leigh has the initiative to drive outcomes independently and also works will in a team atmosphere, contributing to the group and company culture while fostering open communication with colleagues using technology collaboration tools.
